Studied the potential for Brooklyn as a destination for group bus tours. We conducted
market research on tourism trends and group tours, identified and conducted primary
research with 100 bus companies and tour operators, developed five itineraries to be
test-marketed, and prepared preliminary pricing of tour packages. For our second assignment, we test marketed the five tour products we had developed with 65 bus companies and tour operators. The firm was retained for a third assignment to develop specific contractual relationships with attractions and vendors and create a marketing plan for the launch of the tours.
